These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Droploft, operated by LangGenius, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("we", "us", "our"). By using Droploft, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Droploft is a platform for publishing, hosting, and sharing HTML documents. Users can upload files, generate shareable links, and access analytics on document engagement.

2. Accounts

You may use Droploft without an account for basic publishing. Creating an account enables additional features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use Droploft to host, publish, or distribute:

• Phishing pages, social engineering attacks, or fraudulent content
• Malware, viruses, or any code designed to harm users or systems
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind
• Content that incites violence, hatred, or discrimination
• Content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property
• Personal information published without consent (doxxing)
• Spam, bulk unsolicited content, or SEO manipulation

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend any account that violates these terms, with or without notice.

4. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you upload to Droploft. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to host, serve, and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

5. AI Processing

Certain features (mobile adaptation, summaries, smart titles) use AI to process your documents. This processing is performed only at your request or with your explicit opt-in. We do not use your content to train AI models.

6. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

7. Anonymous Uploads

Documents uploaded without an account are retained for 30 days. Documents with no views for 7 consecutive days may be automatically removed. We are not responsible for content loss from anonymous uploads.

8. DMCA & Copyright

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content hosted on Droploft infringes your copyright, please contact our designated DMCA agent at abuse@droploft.io with:

• Identification of the copyrighted work
• The URL of the infringing content on Droploft
• Your contact information
• A statement of good faith belief and accuracy under penalty of perjury

9. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. Service status is available at status.droploft.io.

10. Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing customers.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

Droploft is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LangGenius, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-product notification at least 14 days before taking effect.
